About The Position
Primrose School of South Tampa is seeking a passionate Assistant Childcare Director to join their team. This role is dedicated to the success of young children and teachers, focusing on creating a safe, healthy environment and a culture where all children and team members can thrive. The Assistant Director will nurture a child's first five years by creating a culture of support for staff, families, and children, cultivating an environment committed to health and safety, learning all essential functions for each position to support and inspire, managing school operations in the Director's absence, and assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control.
