About The Position
Primrose School of Meadowbrook is seeking a passionate Assistant Childcare Director to join their team. This role is dedicated to the success of young children and teachers, focusing on creating a safe, healthy environment and a thriving culture for all. The Assistant Director will nurture the first five years of a child's life by creating a supportive culture for staff, families, and children, cultivating an environment committed to health and safety, learning essential functions for each position to support and inspire, managing school operations in the Director's absence, and assisting the Director in ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control.
