Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfort with scheduling software, Microsoft Office 365, or Google Workspace
Ability to problem-solve and stay calm when handling last minute changes
Experience in scheduling, home care, or healthcare
A commitment to confidentiality and understanding of HIPAA guidelines
A team‑first mindset and a desire to make a positive impact

Responsibilities

Assisting the Lead Scheduler with daily caregiver and client schedule coordination
Answering incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and a solutions‑focused mindset
Helping manage schedule changes, shift updates, and urgent staffing needs
Maintaining accurate documentation and client/caregiver records
Communicating clearly with caregivers, clients, and office staff
Supporting general administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly
