The Assistant Scenic Charge Artist assists with the day to day managing of the paint shop, paint staff, and the flow of scenery between shops and theaters. They participate in painting, shop maintenance, and assist in teaching scenic art apprentices both in technique and good work habits. The rate for this full-time seasonal role is $39.50 per hour with an offer of 40 hours a week for 42 weeks. This position is part of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, its Territories and Canada, AFL-CIO, CLC.
