Pay starts at a guaranteed $23.50/hour plus tips, based on experience. You'll still be on the floor cutting, plus leading shifts, coaching stylists, and keeping the salon running. Weekend availability required; Colorado cosmetology or barber license required. United Salons dba Great Clips pays on a weekly basis, every Friday. We prefer to promote from within, and Assistant Manager is the step to Salon Manager. If you're a strong stylist ready to lead a team in a fun, fast-paced salon, we would love to have you!

Requirements

Licensed stylist
A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills
Great customer service
A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
