We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to support and inspire our team at Great Clips! This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The Assistant Salon Manager role is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions.
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
- Clear communication skills

- Desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
