Great Clips Teel Village is looking for an Assistant Manager who wants real hands-on training for the Salon Manager role. This is a salon where you'll have the time and support to develop your leadership skills — not just get thrown into the deep end. Great clientele, a supportive team, solid tips, and a genuine path to running your own salon. Healthcare, PTO, and holiday pay. If you're a licensed stylist who's ready to grow into management and wants mentorship along the way, this is the one. Full-time with weekend availability required.
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
