The Role: Lead: Help manage daily operations and keep the salon energy high. Style: Deliver top-tier cuts while mentoring newer stylists.
Requirements
- Valid MI Cosmetology License
- A "lead-by-example" attitude
- Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
- Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
- Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
- An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Nice To Haves
- Management experience (though an interest in leadership and supporting others is considered equally important)
