About The Position
Join our growing salon team in a fun, family-friendly, and fast-paced environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Assistant Salon Manager to help lead our team, deliver outstanding customer service, and support daily salon operations. This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The Assistant Salon Manager role is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
