Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility

Nice To Haves

Management experience (though an interest in leadership and supporting others is just as important as prior experience)
