About The Position

Great Clips is seeking a talented stylist ready for a leadership opportunity. As an Assistant Salon Manager / Stylist, you’ll help support the salon team while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. It is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions. Assistant Salon Managers receive training in management and operations through Great Clips University (GCU), along with ongoing support and instruction from salon management.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
