With an effective wage of $29-$45/hr, including benefits like a pre-established clientele and fantastic product rewards, this role transcends the typical management position. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
