This role offers a competitive compensation package of $25-$45 per hour which includes incentives, commissions & tips. Great Clips salons give Assistant Salon Managers the opportunity to do what you love, along with the tools, training, and support to lead with confidence. This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The Assistant Salon Manager role is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions. Assistant Salon Managers receive training in management and operations through Great Clips University (GCU), along with ongoing support and instruction from salon management.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
