In addition to flexible schedules, PTO, holiday pay, and work-life balance, our management team can earn over $31 per hour with tips and commissions.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others

• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
