About The Position

Blown Away By U LLC, a Great Clips franchisee with six locations in the Indianapolis market, is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager. This leadership role combines haircutting with supporting daily salon operations and helping stylists succeed. Assistant Managers have guaranteed clients and may earn hourly pay, tips, commissions, and Assistant Manager incentives. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to develop leadership skills and advance to Salon Manager or other leadership positions. Management and operations training is provided through Great Clips University, with ongoing support and instruction from salon management.

Requirements

• A valid cosmetology and/or barber license; requirements vary by state or province.
• Strong technical haircutting skills and customer service.
• A team-first mindset and desire to encourage and support others.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude.
• Organization and flexibility.
• Interest in developing leadership skills and taking on more responsibility.

• Prior management experience is not always required; an interest in leadership and supporting others is valued.
