About The Position

Great Clips is seeking an energetic and driven Assistant Salon Manager with previous leadership experience to join their locally owned salon team. This role is an opportunity for licensed stylists who enjoy supporting others, staying organized, and helping a team succeed. The position combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed, and is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions. Training in management and operations is provided through Great Clips University (GCU), along with ongoing support and instruction from salon management.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
