Blown Away By U is a Great Clips franchisee with 6 locations in the Indianapolis Market. Our Assistant Managers have guaranteed clients and are rewarded with great pay and Assistant Manager incentives. In addition to flexible schedules, PTO, holiday pay, and work-life balance, our management team can earn over $31 per hour with tips and commissions.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
