About The Position

Blown Away By U, a Great Clips franchisee with six locations in the Indianapolis market, is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager. This leadership role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations, encouraging stylists, and helping the team succeed. Assistant Managers have guaranteed clients and may earn more than $31 per hour with tips and commissions. The franchise offers flexible schedules, PTO, holiday pay, and a focus on work-life balance. Management experience is not always required; the role can be a growth opportunity for stylists interested in leadership. Training in management and operations is provided through Great Clips University (GCU), alongside ongoing support and instruction from salon management.

Requirements

Valid cosmetology and/or barber license; licensing requirements vary by state or province.
Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service.
