Requirements

• Valid cosmetology licensed
• Friendly, reliable attitude, customer service oriented
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)

Nice To Haves

• Management experience (though an interest in leadership and supporting others is just as important as prior experience)
