We’re a fast-paced walk-in salon in the Lakes Region focused on creating a welcoming community where guests leave feeling their best. We’re looking for a dedicated Hairstylist ready to take on shift lead duties while delivering quality cuts and helping contribute to our positive team culture. Ideal candidates are confident in cutting & clippering and thrive in a high-energy environment. This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The Assistant Salon Manager role is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions. Assistant Salon Managers receive training in management and operations through Great Clips University (GCU), along with ongoing support and instruction from salon management.
Requirements
- Licensed stylist
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
