About The Position

ZAMP Enterprises is looking for an Assistant Salon Manager to join their Elyria team. This role is for a licensed stylist who enjoys supporting others, staying organized, and helping a team succeed. It offers the opportunity to grow into management or take on more responsibility while still cutting hair. The position combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. It is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
