About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated, licensed professional who loves the beauty industry and helping others succeed. In this role, you’ll lead by example, support the team, and help create a positive, high-energy salon experience for both clients and stylists. Earn an average of $27+ per hour, plus daily tips, paid vacation and holidays, ongoing paid training, and access to medical and dental insurance options.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility

Management experience (though an interest in leadership and supporting others is considered equally important)
