About The Position

Join the locally owned Great Clips salon team at Brownsburg Shopping Center as an Assistant Salon Manager. This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. You will have the opportunity to encourage and motivate fellow stylists while continuing to provide haircuts and customer service. The role may suit a stylist seeking to grow into management or take on more responsibility while staying behind the chair.

Requirements

• A valid cosmetology and/or barber license; requirements vary by state or province.
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service.
