Learn the ropes of the salon business and grow into a Stylist Assistant Manager role. We’ll train the right person with opportunities to build leadership, customer service and business skills. Base wage of $24.00 - $28.00 an hour. Amplify your earnings with productivity incentives, retail commission, and excellent tips (managers average between $12-20/hour in tips & salon sharing profitability bonuses).
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
