Join Carpe Diem Inc., a locally owned Great Clips franchise, as an Assistant Manager! Earn an average of $24–$32+ per hour, including guaranteed pay, tips, and bonuses, while leading a talented team and strengthening your leadership skills. You’ll receive industry-leading, hands-on training from franchise owners who are licensed cosmetologists with more than 30 years of experience. Paid time off begins on day one, and eligible full-time team members receive health, dental, and vision insurance. Applicants must have a current Cosmetology or Barber Lic.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
