Assistant Salon Manager
About The Position

Whether you’re ready to grow into management or want more responsibility while staying behind the chair, we’re excited to meet you. We have a busy salon, wonderful customers and a fun team that loves growing and learning together! Our great location in Bedminster NJ is next to Starbucks, has a steady customer base, no following needed and a great tip potential. Stylists earn $25-$30 per hour on average this includes the hourly rate, tips and bonuses. The role typically works 2-3 evenings Mon-Fri and rotating weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
