About The Position

ZAMP Enterprises is looking for an Assistant Salon Manager to join their Great Clips salon team. This leadership opportunity is for licensed stylists who enjoy supporting others, staying organized, and helping a team succeed. The role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. It is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others

• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
