Partner with a salon manager, who will nurture your career development and learn the ropes. No pressure coaching for growth in the salon business! Hourly wage $22 to $24 base wage to start! Productivity, Retail Commission, and GREAT Tips (managers average between $10-20/hour in tips & bonuses).

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills

• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
