Requirements
- Licensed stylist
- Leadership potential and positive attitude
- Passion for team success and great service
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
- A team-first mindset
- Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
- Organization, flexibility
- An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
