Our assistant manager position is a perfect way to do just that. Work full time with a GREAT manager and team to polish salon operations and refine new techniques and trends while showcasing your talent behind the chair.
Requirements
- Licensed stylist
- Enjoy supporting others
- Staying organized
- Helping a team succeed
- Current Texas cosmetology or barber license is required
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others

- Desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
- An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
