Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others

• Flexibility
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility

• Management experience (not always required, interest in leadership is important)
