About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager. This role is for a licensed stylist who enjoys supporting others, staying organized, and helping a team succeed. It offers an opportunity to grow into management or take on more responsibility while continuing to cut hair. The position combines haircutting with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The salon provides tools, training, and support to help Assistant Salon Managers lead with confidence. The role includes opportunities to support and motivate a team of stylists, receive technical coaching and management development through Great Clips University (GCU), and pursue career growth. Great Clips salons use technology such as Online Check-In and the Great Clips App to support salon operations. Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License; requirements vary by state or province.
Strong technical haircutting skills.

An interest in growing leadership skills and taking on more responsibility.
