About The Position

Join the locally owned Green Street Square Great Clips salon team in Brownsburg as an Assistant Salon Manager. This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The salon describes itself as busy and growing, with a supportive, energetic team and a steady flow of customers. The position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills and may serve as a step toward Salon Manager or other leadership roles. Management experience is not always required; interest in leadership and supporting others is important.

Assistant Salon Managers receive management and operations training through Great Clips University (GCU), with ongoing support and instruction from salon management. Requirements

• Valid cosmetology and/or barber license; requirements vary by state or province.
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service.

• Organization and flexibility.
• Interest in developing leadership skills and taking on more responsibility.
