About The Position

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our energetic, close-knit team in a small community salon. Bring your leadership skills and help foster a positive, fun, and team-focused environment. This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The Assistant Salon Manager role is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills
Great customer service
