Assistant Salon Manager
About The Position
Great Clips in Wichita Falls is hiring an Assistant Manager to both guide our team and provide excellent haircut services! In this role, you’ll cut hair, and support the team by training stylists, maintaining high customer service standards, and helping manage daily operations. This is the perfect opportunity to grow your career while staying hands-on behind the chair! This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The Assistant Salon Manager role is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
