Great Clips in Sylacauga needs an Assistant Salon Manager who can motivate a team and deliver great haircuts. You will help with scheduling, training, and daily operations while still doing what you love behind the chair.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills
• A positive, motivating attitude

• Flexibility
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
