We’re looking for a passionate, licensed cosmetologist or barber to mentor team members, support salon growth, and help maintain a positive, high-energy environment. Earn an average of $27+ per hour (hourly pay, tips, and bonuses), along with paid vacation and holidays, paid training, career advancement opportunities, and flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barber license
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for great client experiences
• Organized and proactive mindset
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
