About The Position

Great Clips is looking for an energetic, people-loving Assistant Salon Manager to lead with confidence, inspire a team, and help deliver the best customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to grow into management or take on more responsibility while staying behind the chair. It combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The position is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
