About The Position
Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale is growing and we’re looking for an outgoing, customer-service focused Harley enthusiast to join our Sales team as an Assistant Sales Manager. As an ASM, you will provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle sales by using proactive feature and benefit sales techniques. You will assist customers with obtaining favorable financing terms and educating them about the benefits of finance-related products to ensure that their ownership experience is exceptional in every regard.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience within the sales department of a motor vehicle dealership
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated sales success in a commission retail environment
- Knowledge and experience with sales of motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
- Proven track record in vehicle sales or financing in a dealership environment.
