About The Position
The Assistant Sales Manager position in Poughkeepsie, NY is a full-time role with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. This role involves supervising and guiding the sales team, providing incentives to motivate staff, and monitoring their performance to achieve sales targets. The Assistant Sales Manager is also responsible for ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained and for building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
