Requirements
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of new vehicle leasing and lease structuring
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Running a sales desk and supporting daily dealership operations
- Performing vehicle appraisals and managing trade evaluations
- Inventory management, including monitoring and merchandising inventory
- Coaching, training, and developing new sales consultants
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
