About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking an Assistant Retirement Living Consultant to join their team at Lakeside, a premier senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support services. The role involves partnering with prospective residents and their families, supporting occupancy goals, coordinating tours and outreach, and ensuring an exceptional experience for those considering the community. The position is recognized for its contribution to a community that has been awarded Best of Omaha in the Senior Living category for 15 consecutive years. Pay is based on experience, education, skills, and certifications.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field.
One (1) year of experience in building and managing relationships in consultative sales, public relations or related industry is required.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Serve as the backup to the Senior Retirement Consultant.
Contribute to meeting or exceeding community occupancy goals by networking, marketing, and following the Immanuel sales process with prospective residents and/or their families.
Professionally represent Immanuel Communities in outreach to referral sources to build community awareness and relationships.
