Assistant Retirement Living Consultant
About The Position
Immanuel Communities is seeking an Assistant Retirement Living Consultant to join their team at Lakeside, a premier senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support services. The role involves partnering with prospective residents and their families, supporting community occupancy goals, coordinating tours and outreach efforts, and ensuring an exceptional experience for those considering Lakeside. The position serves as a backup to the Senior Retirement Consultant and contributes to meeting occupancy goals by networking, marketing, and following the Immanuel sales process. It also involves professionally representing Immanuel Communities in outreach to referral sources to build community awareness and relationships.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field.
- One (1) year of experience in building and managing relationships in consultative sales, public relations or related industry is required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the backup to the Senior Retirement Consultant.
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding community occupancy goals by working as a team to network, market, and follow the Immanuel sales process with prospective residents and/or their families.
- Professionally represent Immanuel Communities in outreach to referral sources to build community awareness and relationships.
- Support community occupancy goals.
