Bilingual Spanish Assistant Retail Store Manager
About The Position
This role involves leading AT&T retail stores, overseeing daily operations, managing and developing a team, and ensuring customers receive best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to handle merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives, aiming to provide an extraordinary customer experience. The role also includes performing outreach and promotional activities, potentially including off-site events, and coaching retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals. The company provides paid training to support leadership success.
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
- The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
- Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
- Inspiring your team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Utilizing professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store.
- Assist with merchandising and product launches.
- Help meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Ensure customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
- Perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
- Gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.
