About The Position

This role focuses on ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective staff training, a commitment to a "Do Whatever it Takes" attitude, and a hands-on, lead-by-example management style. Key responsibilities include interviewing, scheduling, staff development, managing labor, and overseeing product displays and sales building.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Retail Manager with a total of 5 years’ experience in a high-volume specialty retail operation
  • Merchandising softlines and hardlines
  • Able to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
  • Stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic
