About The Position
Responsible for supporting the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, or high-end restaurants.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong focus on service and guest experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage high-volume operations.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the supervision of the restaurant’s daily operations.
- Coordinate and support the service team during each shift.
- Follow up on service, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Attend to guest requests, feedback, and needs.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other Food & Beverage areas to ensure efficient service.
- Support scheduling, operational coverage, and team requirements.
- Follow up on inventory, supplies, and proper use of resources.
