About The Position
AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead fast-paced quick-service restaurant operations. The role may suit an experienced Assistant Manager or a Shift Leader ready to advance. The company offers coaching and development, including hands-on leadership training and a structured certification program. The Assistant Restaurant Manager leads shifts and daily operations, supports team members, ensures service and food safety standards, and helps with restaurant tasks such as preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed. Pay is $15–$19 per hour based on experience and certifications. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability is required. Benefit eligibility varies based on employment status and applicable plan requirements.
Requirements
- Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards.
- Coach, train, and develop team members.

- Manage cash, deposits, inventory, and shift paperwork.
- Work alongside the team preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed.
