Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining
  • 1+ year of back-of-house or kitchen leadership preferred
  • Experience leading teams, managing labor, and controlling costs
  • Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, including opening, peak service, and closing
