About The Position

The Reach is a historic hotel in Key West, Florida, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of an award-winning team. Nestled along the southern edge of the island overlooking a private beach, this hotel complexed with Casa Marina has 150 guest rooms, 2 food and beverage outlets, and over 4,700 square feet of banquet space. In this role, you will report to the Restaurant General Manager, oversee a team of approximately 20 hourly team members, and manage the day-to-day operations of Four Marlins Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of F&B supervisory-level experience. This position will be mainly on the floor, interacting/engaging with guests, and creating memorable moments with our clientele.
