About The Position
Bubba Southern Comforts is looking to add a leader to our front of house team. This Assistant Manager position is a full-time position will be responsible for running a smooth shift, inventory and ordering of bar needs, ensuring a great guest experience and exceeding their expectations while handling all guest and employee relations during a shift. Must be available nights and weekends.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of front of house leadership experience in a full service restaurant
- Positive leadership style
- Guest centered approach to hospitality
- Must be available nights and weekends
