About The Position

AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead fast-paced quick-service restaurant operations. The role includes leading shifts and daily operations, maintaining service standards, and working alongside the team to prepare pizzas, serve customers, and assist with deliveries when qualified and needed. The company provides hands-on coaching and leadership development, including a structured certification program with milestones and leadership sign-offs. Opportunities for career advancement include progression to General Manager and beyond. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability is required. Pay is $13–$18 per hour, based on experience and certifications.

Requirements

• Experience as an assistant manager in a food establishment.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, quick-service restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards.

• Manage cash, deposits, inventory, and shift paperwork.
