About The Position

The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Vernick Fish supports the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with Four Seasons standards. This role partners closely with the Restaurant and Bar & Lounge leadership teams to guide service, support team development, and maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience in restaurant or bar/lounge operations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, motivate, and recognize team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Handle guest concerns, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and care
  • Assist in scheduling, training, and developing restaurant and bar team members
  • Support labor and cost control initiatives to meet business goals
  • Maintain strong communication across front‑of‑house teams
